Painting & decorating,
done properly.

Internal and external decorating for offices, residential blocks, schools, universities and public buildings. Prepared properly, finished cleanly and handed over room by room.

Decorating is judged on the details: straight cut-in lines, no holidays, no runs, clean glass and floors left as we found them.

Our operatives work to manufacturer specifications and agreed finish standards on every job, from a single communal stairwell to a full university building. Surfaces are prepared before anything is painted. That means filling, sanding, caulking, spot-priming and mist coats on new plaster, so the finish lasts through the maintenance cycle rather than failing in the first year.

We are used to working around people. Teaching continues, residents come and go, and offices stay open. We plan areas in sequence, protect everything that is not being painted and keep each work zone tidy at the end of every shift.

What we deliver

Typical elements of a painting & decorating package. Every scope is confirmed at survey and priced line by line.

Questions

Common questions.

If something isn't covered here, call the director directly on 07496 314491.

Can you work while the building is in use?

Yes. Most of our work is in occupied buildings. We agree a sequence of areas in advance, protect furniture and floors, and work out of hours where the client needs it.

What paint systems do you use?

We follow the specification. Where there isn't one, we recommend trade systems suited to the substrate and how much wear it will get, including low-VOC products in schools and healthcare.

How do you handle snagging?

We inspect as we go, mark up and correct defects before each area is handed over, and complete a final walk-round with the client or site manager.
